Marketing Liaison

CareCore Health is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Marketing Liaison to join our team in the Cincinnati area. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services by building strong partnerships within the community and healthcare network. This is an onsite position with required travel across the Cincinnati market.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, and other referral sources.

Promote CareCore Health services to potential residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Coordinate with admissions teams to ensure smooth referral and admission processes.

Represent CareCore Health at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives.

Track and analyze referral activity to support census growth goals.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or admissions required (skilled nursing / rehabilitation strongly desired).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

Knowledge of local healthcare market and referral sources is preffered.

Organized, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
