Radia is hiring for a Credentialing and Licensing Integration Project Lead.
Compensation :
The hourly wage range is $29.27 - $43.91. Wage is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Shift : Monday - Friday / Day Shift
Location : Remote (after initial training at the corporate office in Lynnwood, Washington).
The ideal candidate will provide consistent, accurate, and timely provider credentialing and licensing support for the professional services corporation, enhancing the company’s ability to provide professional services to patients at multiple hospital and clinic locations. Provide insight to credentialing leadership on the integration of credentialing with Radia’s Operations Center processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance process efficiency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance within the Credentialing and Licensing Department.
Develop, implement, and monitor the department’s Monthly QA Program to maintain quality and compliance standards.
Prepare and present KPI and Quality Reports (Monthly / Quarterly) with performance analysis and actionable insights.
Collaborate with leadership to define departmental goals, benchmarks, and strategic alignment with corporate objectives.
Conduct root cause analyses for process or quality issues; recommend and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper document organization and audit readiness through standardized naming conventions and folder structures.
Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions to identify inefficiencies and drive workflow improvements.
Partner with IT and Operations on system testing, implementation, and optimization of credentialing software.
Support the creation and maintenance of departmental policies, procedures, and job aids in line with regulatory requirements.
Mentor and train staff on systems, processes, and compliance standards to promote professional development.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and performance barriers , providing timely solutions.
Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement to achieve departmental goals.
