Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $35.29.

In this role, you will work closely with plant management at all levels of the organization to uphold these values while ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative operations. As an Industrial Electrician, you'll play a critical part in maintaining and improving our electrical and instrumentation systems, supporting both production excellence and workplace safety.

Hourly Rate: $35.29

Shift: Rotating shifts available

Shift Premiums:
  • Day Shift (12-hour): $0.75 per hour
  • Night Shift (12-hour): $1.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and control systems to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Diagnose issues using Allen-Bradley, ABB, and Siemens PLCs; FANUC robotics experience a plus.
  • Install, maintain, and improve electrical circuits, motors, controllers, switchgear, and instrumentation.
  • Configure and commission AC/DC drives, HMIs, PLCs, and DCS systems.
  • Follow all safety standards and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
  • Document system changes and support preventative maintenance.
What You Bring:
  • High School Diploma; 2 years of formal technical training.
  • 5-10 years of Industrial Electrician/E&I experience.
  • Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot complex systems, and use basic computer tools.
  • Ability to work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerate temperature extremes.
  • Must provide basic hand tools; willingness to work any shift.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk and use the stairs. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and communicate accurately with coworkers. The employee will frequently engage in repetitive motions. The employee must frequently, lift, push or pull 25 pounds and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance. Visual acuity is required to work around and with machinery including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

This job is in an industrial, manufacturing environment. The job requires working frequently around and with heavy machinery with moving mechanical parts, industrial ovens, and mobile equipment. The environment is not climate controlled and employees must be able to work in environments that may be extremely hot and humid or cold depending upon the operation and the season. Walking surfaces can be wet, dusty, and uneven. Areas of the building where work must be done have high noise levels, vibration, and/or fumes. Some working areas contain the presence of airborne particles which can irritate the skin or eyes. The manufacturing process involves toxic or caustic chemicals. Employees are required to wear personal protective equipment which includes steel toed shoes, ear protection, eye protection , respirators, gloves and head protection.
