Ren Friedman is recruiting for a Financial Associate at a venture capital firm in San Francisco. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid schedule (1-2 days in the office). Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze quarterly reports from the fund administrator.
• Reconcile digital asset transactions with blockchain records.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly capital statements to investors.
• Act as the primary liaison for fund administrator relationships.
• Support auditors to ensure timely issuance of audited financial statements.
• Manage audit requests, including confirmations, valuation memos, and transaction support.
• Oversee fund operations and processes.
• Track fund finances and investments in a proprietary portfolio database.
• Respond to finance-related investor inquiries.
• Assist with SPV finance processes and fund tax compliance.
