Bohler is hiring a Director of Market Sector Advancement, Program Retail , a national leadership opportunity focused on retail business development , programmatic delivery strategy , and multi-site client growth . We're seeking a visionary, results-driven leader to expand our presence in the retail land development and site design space by building scalable, repeatable programs across key markets.In this high-impact role, you’ll lead strategic pursuits, identify high-potential clients, and collaborate across business development, marketing, and operations to drive long-term account growth. What You’ll Do

• Lead a national strategy for converting emerging retail clients into programmatic accounts, increasing repeat revenue, client retention, and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to build and execute targeted pursuit plans.
• Maintain and refine a pipeline of active pursuits, using data insights to inform client targeting and decision-making.
• Partner with regional and technical leaders to ensure early-stage projects build trust and lead to scalable, repeatable work.
• Establish consistent standards and internal playbooks for how program work is delivered and communicated across teams.
• Monitor sector trends, rollout activity, and competitive shifts to inform positioning and strategy.
• Support the development of go-to-market messaging, sector-specific collateral, and client-facing materials in partnership with Marketing.
• Represent Bohler at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and uncover new leads.
• Coordinate with account managers and project teams to ensure seamless handoffs and strong client delivery as relationships scale.
