Job descriptionDevelop and execute annual operating and capital plans. Lead daily plant operations while ensuring safety and compliance. Manage capital projects from planning through commissioning. Monitor KPIs, reduce costs, minimize downtime, and improve productivity. Drive continuous improvement and sustainability efforts. Build, mentor, and coach a strong, accountable operations team. Maintain employee engagement and development through training and consistent leadership practices. 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a plant or production environment. Strong technical / mechanical knowledge; paper or plastics background a plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. Skilled in KPIs, lean manufacturing, OEE, and process improvement. Collaborative leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and change management abilities.
