Job Description
Responsibilities :

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate :
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a plant or production environment.Strong technical / mechanical knowledge; paper or plastics background a plus.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.Skilled in KPIs, lean manufacturing, OEE, and process improvement.Collaborative leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and change management abilities.What's on Offer
