Texas Licensed Automotive Service Advisor

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on orders from external partners via phone and email

Review proposals to ensure compliance with manufacturers' recommendations and negotiate order pricing as needed

Analyze clients' needs and repair orders to recommend solutions and explain procedures to clients

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must live in San Antonio, Texas

Minimum of 4 current ASE certifications required

Six months of customer service experience and two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required

Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
