Job Description

The Technical Product Specialist- Electronic Bike Systems (eBike) role at Bosch Home Comfort USA is responsible for providing educational and technical support to retailers in the Pacific Northwest market.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for retailers, providing ongoing education and technical support, and driving retailer engagement with online tools and education opportunities.

Responsibilities :

• Provide foundational retail education on Bosch eBike Systems to bicycles retailers in a defined market space
• Organize and execute an annual training cycle to certify qualified retailers and individuals
• Provide on-going technical support and troubleshooting as needed to retailers
• Drive retailer engagement with online tools and education opportunities
• Support, develop, expand and improve the customer service concept for the Bosch eBike System
• Relay information proactively and as requested to broader Bosch eBike team on retail expectations and landscape, service trends and challenges, competitors' actions and opportunities, regulations and advocacy, etc.
• Travel expectation : 70% travel within the region

Salary range : $75,000-$90,000
