Management Systems - (Supplier Coordinator) US-CT-Groton
This position will support the onboarding and yearly supplier maintenance tasks to keep a supplier active in the EB Supply Chain. In this role, the Supplier Coordinator will work with all new and active suppliers to ensure that they are set up in Oracle to continue to work with EB. The Supplier Coordinator will work with the Communications Teams (SCL & SQA) to ensure communications are sent out to the Suppliers timely. Send out, track, and follow up with Suppliers on yearly certification and representation forms, conflict mineral forms, and other updates as required (i.e. Risk RFIs / Emails for natural disasters). Main POC to onboard a new Supplier, work with Suppliers once buyers identify the need to onboard a new supplier, getting them active in Oracle, SPARs, and with Supplier Quality, after receiving confirmation from Buyers that they want them onboarded. Support outside organizations with finding the right POCs at Suppliers to support Quality, IEP, and other requests. Develop automated ways to improve the Supplier onboarding and yearly forms to improve efficiency. Initiate commitments to assign action to Supplier Quality to audit suppliers.
