About The Position

Job Title : Cath Lab Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (10 : 30 - 19 : 00)

Experience : Minimum 2 years required

License : Pending State License accepted

Certifications : BLS, ARRT or RCIS required

Must-Have :

• Willingness to work 4 out of 8 major holidays : Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, 12 / 26, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
• Call required with 7-8 call shifts per month, including 1 weekend.
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Ability to scrub and circulate in procedures.

Description :

The Cath Lab Tech will provide high-quality care in the cardiac catheterization lab.

The daily caseload may vary from 4 to 16 cases.

On-call and weekend coverage are essential components of this role.

This position may require floating within the department to meet facility needs.

Candidates should possess skills in monitoring, arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, and various catheterization procedures.

Experience in performing EKG lead placement and maintaining a sterile field is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in handling special equipment and performing complex procedures.
