Product Strategy Leader
We are seeking an experienced product strategy leader to drive revenue growth, solution development and commercial success for Agentic AI workloads for our new AI Data Platform product line. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen, requiring someone who can translate complex data platform and AI needs into compelling business value propositions while building strategic relationships with Oracle's large, enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Strategy
Develop Agentic AI use case library and launch sales and engineering enablement programs.
Develop and execute scalable revenue-generating programs including go-to-market strategies, customer events, proof-of-concept trials, and pilot implementations.
Partner with sales leadership to identify and pursue high-value opportunities across target market segments.
Technical Leadership & Expertise
Serve as the primary product expert and technical authority for Agentic AI patterns for field sales teams and sales engineering organizations.
Create comprehensive technical assets including reference architectures, solution demos and customer design patterns.
Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with prospective and existing customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Facilitate technical discovery discussions with data engineers, data scientists.
Advocate AIDP in online and in-person engineering.
Solution Architecture & Positioning
Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value propositions tailored to various personas including data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business leaders.
Develop industry-specific positioning and use cases across multiple vertical segments.
Collaborate with product management to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and market requirements.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
