Illinois Licensed Behavioral Health Leader

A company is looking for a Principal Clinical Leader, Behavioral Health (ABHIL).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the key Behavioral Leader and subject matter expert for the health plan's Behavioral Health needs

Collaborate internally across various functional areas and interface with state entities and community stakeholders

Drive the overall Behavioral Health Strategy, focusing on innovative initiatives and monitoring for vulnerable sub-populations

Required Qualifications

Active licensure in Illinois as LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW

3 or more years of clinical experience in community behavioral health

3 or more years of Medicaid managed care experience

Demonstrated experience in project / program management related to behavioral health

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or closely related field from an accredited college or university
