• Average Daily Census / Patients per day : 10.8 patients
• Pay Range : $25-$40 / hr
• Position (needing coverage) :
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) needed for Outpatient Pay rate of $25-$40 / hr
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) needed for Home Health Pay rate of $25-$40 / hr
• Is the specific state license required? Michigan
• Dates of Coverage needed : ASAP for all and needed at least 13 weeks
• Coverage Hours needed : Monday through Friday 8a-4p
• Guaranteed Work week : We will guarantee 35 hours / week, but 40 hours are actually anticipated.
• Information System Type : Will train for the EMR's. They utilize multiple EMRS including Net Health, Agile and Brighttree
• Site / Facility Specialty Areas : 47 acute care beds, 39 skilled nursing facility beds
• How many days of training / orientation are required prior to start ? Site will have them shadow another clinician to get comfortable with the facility and EMR's
• Dress Code : Dress code is black pants or scrubs and any color shirt
