Overview

Mechanic : Pay $87,492- $139,360 annually (Hourly + Commission + Performance Bonus)

Location : 3595 S. Higuera St., San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

Responsibilities

What can you expect from being a Mechanic?

  • Work as a team to perform front-end mechanical repairs, including but not limited to alignments, brakes, steering / suspension, fluid exchanges, and repair or replacement of components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, and radiators.

Qualifications

  • Have at least 2 years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
  • Must be energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members to ensure mechanical issues have been addressed and make recommendations.
  • Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
  • Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
