Schedule :

• Thursdays & Fridays : 8 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM
• Sundays : 7 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM
• Remaining hours : Flexed and scheduled throughout the week as needed, based on business needs.

Position Summary

The Guest Services Representative consistently delivers exceptional patient and guest experiences at the Guest Quarters and Hospital Concierge Desk. This role requires a warm, professional, and genuine approach, ensuring every guest is welcomed with eye contact, a smile, and attentive service. The representative addresses questions and concerns with the highest level of customer care.

This position collaborates closely with departments including Travel and Accommodations, Transportation, Security, Registration, and Financial Counseling.
