A unique opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our anesthesia team, now employed under the hospital's medical group. We're committed to creating an environment where CRNAs are integral to our mission of delivering exceptional care.

• We have 12-13 MDs
• 9 full time / part time staff CRNA
• We have mainly 8 hour shifts available right now, 1-2 10 hr spots available
• No overnight call
• Between 3-6 weekend beeper call shifts per year based on staffing
• Anesthesia care team model
• Variety of general surgery, a good amount of ortho, some spines, gyn, some ENT, healthy peds, lots of endo
• High volume of OB but CRNAs are very minimally involved right now. The MDs run OB C-sections and do all epidurals
• Anywhere from 1 to 15 cases per day because we have a busy endo suite; on average : 4-5 cases.

Compensation- Salary is 290,800 and we are also offering a 25,000 signing bonus
