Credence has an immediate need for a Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) Solution Architect to join our growing Automation practice. Join Credence Management Solutions, to immediately bolster our thriving AI and Automation consulting arm.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will design and lead the development of cutting‑edge AI solutions that drive real‑world impact across federal programs. In this role you will guide cross‑functional teams, shape technical strategy, and mentor engineers in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong background in AI / ML development, cloud platforms, and enterprise‑scale systems design.

• Spearhead the development and execution of groundbreaking projects in collaboration with federal government clients, leveraging advanced AI and ML technologies.
• Exhibit an unyielding commitment to innovation, playing a pivotal role in propelling projects to successful completion while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
• Lead and cultivate strong client partnerships, guiding the integration of state‑of‑the‑art AI / ML, automation, and data analytics solutions tailored to the unique needs of the federal sector.
• While prior expertise in AI and ML is highly valued, an eagerness to continually expand knowledge and expertise in these domains is essential to stay at the forefront of evolving technologies.
