Your role and responsibilities
A Hakkoda Data Governance Analyst will work with data teams in the formation and execution
of data governance framework, policy, and standards. This role will help develop and
implement data governance principles within various business areas of our client organizations
in order to establish a unified, holistic approach to data governance and, ultimately, drive a high
level of data quality throughout the organization. Keys to success in this role are the ability to
build strong partnerships with business and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have
professional data governance experience, strong business acumen, and will be able to leverage
these competencies to provide stewardship and oversight of critical data assets.
What we are looking for
We are looking for people with experience designing and building enterprise data strategies for
implementation, integration and usage of data. The successful candidate will have experience
interacting with business and IT stakeholders to advance an organization's thinking of data
governance concepts, ability to explain the benefits of data governance policies and procedures
within the context of the business needs.
As of April 2025, Hakkoda has been acquired by IBM and will be integrated in the IBM organization. Your recruitment process will be managed by IBM. IBM will be the hiring entity.
