CNC Operator (3-axis and 4-axis)

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in CNC Programming and Operating.
Experience in millwork required, additional material knowledge including acrylics, foam and non-ferrous metals a plus.
Knowledge of retail display is advantageous.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem solve to find the best solutions to creative milling needs.
Knowledge of carpentry and assembly a plus

Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to determine the best methods for CNC machining.
Fabricate bespoke parts and products with precision using 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.
Excel in machining skills, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Organize day-to-day workflow in the CNC department to meet deadlines.
Monitor CNC department stock levels and attend production meetings, flagging when materials are running low.
Ensure all completed works meet the company's high-quality standards.
Address quality or project lead time issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery; uphold high housekeeping standards.
Adhere to OSHA Health & Safety regulations and champion safety awareness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent:
Basic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday Friday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM during busy periods, with overtime paid at x1.5)
1-hour lunch break
15 days holiday per year
Air-conditioned/heated factory
On-site parking
Salary: $32 - $38 per hour based on experience
