Job descriptionMinimum 1 year experience in customer service or working directly with the public. Experience with social media marketing, GoogleAds, Google Analytics, and content creation. Minimum 18 years old. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficiency with basic office computer equipment and software. Background check required. Pay starting at $15 / hour, negotiable based on experience. Full-time and part-time available.
Local business seeking responsible and trust-worthy employees to :
- Accurately purchase gold, silver, and other precious metals at appropriate prices.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maximize the overall profitability of the company.
- Ensure each transaction is in compliance with government mandated reporting to local authorities as required.
- Provide management with customer feedback.
- Encourage positive image of company with all employees and customers.
- Promote and maximize company website, social media, and online presence.
- Ensure that all financial records match perfectly. Any discrepancy must be resolved quickly.
- Any other duties as required by company owners.
