Key Responsibilities :
- Process and issue invoices accurately and on time for all products and services rendered.
- Review work orders, service tickets, and contracts to ensure accurate billing details.
- Track payments, monitor customer accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Work closely with service and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and customer communications.
- Assist with daily cash reconciliation, payment posting, and bank deposits.
- Support internal audits and month-end closing processes by providing timely billing reports and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training, follow company policies, and maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial data.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills, Education & Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age.High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in accounting or business preferred.Prior experience in billing, AR, or administrative roles preferred (not required).Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with billing / accounting software a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Professional communication and customer service skills.Benefits :
