Business Real Estate Attorney (Litigation) – Hybrid | $150K–$225K + Bonus| 1600 Billables

An established California law firm with multiple offices statewide is seeking an experienced Business Real Estate Attorney to join its busy San Diego team. They are open to associate and senior associate level candidates.

This is a hybrid role offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong litigation and client service skills, and the ability to manage complex matters with limited supervision. Trial experience is required, and prior real estate or landlord-tenant experience is a plus.
