Job descriptionExceed Sales Objectives : Develop and implement strategies to meet and surpass territory sales goals. Build Relationships : Establish strong connections with surgeons and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest orthopedic procedures, product updates, and industry trends. Knowledgeable : Understanding of orthopedic procedures and operating room protocols. Effective Communicator : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients professionally. Detail-Oriented : Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Education : Bachelor's degree required. Experience : Demonstrated ability to relate to customers within the orthopedic / sports medicine market. Mobility : Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
