Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range : $60,800.00 - $100,300.00

At Travelers, our Claims Organization isn't just a department; it's the beating heart of our promise to be there when our customers need us most. As a First Party Medical Claim Rep, you will be responsible for handling Personal and Business Insurance First Party Medical claims from the first notice of loss through resolution / settlement and payment process. In this detail-oriented and customer focused role, you will work closely with insureds to ensure claims are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and service throughout the claims handling process.
