Work Schedule : Four Day Work Week : Two (2) days in office, two (2) days remote. However, there may be certain circumstances, like pressing deadlines or peak business periods, where it becomes necessary for the organization to temporarily switch to a five-day work week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Web and Graphic Designer is critical to our overall organizational success. The ideal candidate will lead graphic creation, maintain the EnviroVoters and EnviroVoters Education Fund websites, create web content that moves individuals to take actions online, and report on and use analytics to make data-driven decisions to improve overall website performance.

Graphic Design

• Develop visual concepts and create designs for a wide range of materials such as logos, websites, social media graphics, infographics, print media, and paid ads.
• Implement A / B testing structure for creative design in partnership with the Sr. Social Media Manager, Web and Email Manager, and Sr. Digital Content Producer to create engaging graphics to increase engagement across channels.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with established brand guidelines and maintain each organization's visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Philanthropy, Political, and Organizing departments to understand project briefs and deliver designs that support overall campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple projects while handling feedback to revise and finalize designs and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
