Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Deese Elite’s services and drive consistent, predictable lead generation results
  • Manage both online and offline campaigns — including local events, social media, email newsletters, and community advertising
  • Lead internal marketing team members and oversee vendor partnerships to ensure acquisition targets are met
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across all marketing materials, touchpoints, and customer-facing communications
  • Partner closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and customer engagement goals
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and optimize ROI

    • We’d love to meet you—especially if you bring :

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Experience in Home Improvement Marketing
  • Proven ability to manage a $1M+ annual ad budget
  • Experience leading both in-house staff and vendor teams
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and CRM tools

    • Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role managing budgets and teams (in-house + vendors) required
  • Experience in Home Improvement Marketing) required
  • Strong understanding of key marketing performance metrics (CPL, CPA, and CPC) across all channels required
  • Ability to track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
  • Ability to commute to and work on-site in Tallahassee, FL
  • Willingness to work hands-on in the field and with crews as needed

    • Compensation & Schedule

  • Base Salary : $75,000–$90,000 per year (Based on Experience)
  • Full Benefits Package : Health insurance, Retirement Plan with match, PTO
  • Performance Bonuses : Paid based on marketing-driven results
  • Full-Time Schedule : Monday to Friday, with some flexibility as needed
