Rate Management Data Analyst

Opportunity Overview : Rate Management Data / Business Analyst - 6 month contract - Remote based in US

This position is a 6 month contract with an opportunity to convert to a permanent Westinghouse employee.

The Rate Management Data Analyst will review data from multiple sources (i.e. Phoenix, ADP and SAP) to Outage Support Services rate management department. The Rate Management Department is responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and auditing of labor pricing across a fleet of nuclear power sites. This role ensures accurate cost representation for all skilled labor-especially union labor-by managing rate structures, updating systems / contracts, and supporting pricing for current and future projects.

This work will support various areas of focus including union rate management, support the research and analysis of union dues & fringes, grievances, trust fund audits, penalty pay and fringe and benefit updates.

What your day-to-day looks like :

• Engage with Global labor relations team and Outage Support Services Rate Management team
• Collect and update data associated with union grievances
• Support data collection and analysis in support of trust fund audits
• Conduct analyses and prepare reports that provide operation and / or technical support to labor relations team
• Coordinate with Payroll to ensure all union dues and fringes updates are complete
• Prepare leadership briefing material for decision making, based on results of the data investigation

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.00 / hour to $40.00 / hour.
