Lead Teacher - Assistant Teacher - Teachers Aide

At Baby's Space, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit, we are committed to providing equitable, high-quality childcare and early education that caters to each child's unique needs. Our nurturing environment fosters growth, learning, and healthy relationships. We are expanding our team and are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers who will play a pivotal role in providing consistent, caring support to every child on their developmental journey.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement daily activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
• Lead and manage a classroom, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children and maintain regular communication with their circle of care (families and caregivers).
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Compensation :

Starting at $20-$23 per hour , depending on qualifications and experience.
