Job Summary

The Parachute Equipment Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety and readiness of parachutes and associated equipment. This includes conducting thorough inspections, testing, and packing procedures to guarantee optimal performance.

Essential Qualifications

A valid U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with a Green Card.

Age range : 17 to 34 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent education.

Compliance with tattoo guidelines.

No significant law violations.

No medical concerns that may impact job performance.

Certifications and Training

Five nationally recognized certifications are available for this position.

Basic training lasts 10 weeks.

Advanced individual training takes 12 weeks.

A minimum ASVAB score of 78 in General Maintenance (GM) is required.

An ASVAB score of 77 in Combat (CO) is also necessary.
