Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with staff and family to gather background information prior to plan development
• Create individualized behavior support plans using ABA and verbal behavior strategies
• Analyze data to identify patterns and triggers of problem behaviors
• Observe individuals in relevant settings to assess behavior functions
• Define and measure target behaviors using objective, data-driven systems
• Design interventions incorporating antecedents, teaching methods, and consequences
• Ensure interventions align with the function of the behavior and promote positive change
• Train staff in person on plan implementation, providing opportunities for Q&A and feedback
• Monitor behavior data monthly and document progress
