Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making in the Integrated Health Care division.

Key Responsibilities

Manage grant contracts, including budget development, expenditure tracking, and compliance with reporting deadlines

Perform financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and preparation of leadership-ready financial reports

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models for strategic initiatives and operational planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field

3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

Strong understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles

Experience with grants and medical billing reimbursement

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas
