Summer Internship Program

Are you looking for an opportunity to learn about the wealth management industry in a collaborative, supportive environment? If so, our summer internship program may offer the mentorship and experience you are looking for! We are now accepting internship applications for summer 2026 with our Centralized Client Service team.

Washington interns will be based out of our Bellevue office, but also spend time in our other Seattle-area offices (Kirkland, Mercer Island, and Seattle). Portland interns will be based out of our office in NE Portland, but also spend time in our SW office. We have a hybrid work environment (in office 4 days per week). We work 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm with one hour for lunch. We prefer candidates who can work 40 hours per week but will consider those who can work 20-40 hours. Internships will run : May 18th - August 14th or June 22th - September 18th. Vacations can be accommodated, allowing you to take up to 2 weeks of unpaid time off. Pay will be $22.00 per hour.

You will contribute by : serving as a liaison between clients and custodians / investment managers, including managing client information and handling cashiering and money movement requests; sending and receiving documents to clients, their advisors, and investment custodians; entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system; supporting projects alongside the Centralized Client Service team, including integration work for newly joined wealth management teams.

Required Experience : customer service experience and the desire to provide superior client service in a team-oriented environment; working towards a Bachelor's degree - preference given to candidates graduating within one year; interest in learning about the wealth management industry; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills; excellent reliability.
