About the Role : As a Transaction Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Responsibilities :

• Transaction Management :
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Liaise between real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Document Preparation and Review :
• Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction-related documents.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Communication :
• Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.
• Provide regular updates to clients, agents, and other stakeholders on the status of transactions.
• Timeline Management :
• Monitor and enforce timelines to ensure timely completion of all transaction milestones.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
• Compliance :
• Stay current on real estate regulations and ensure transactions adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Verify all documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Problem Resolution :
• Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the transaction process.
• Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to complex issues.
