Position Summary :

The Assistant Superintendent supports daily jobsite operations, coordinates with subcontractors, and ensures consistent communication between the field and office teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Support site leadership with daily coordination

Maintain daily field reports and documentation

Assist with material tracking and delivery logistics

Conduct quality checks and verify installation compliance

Help maintain site safety and enforce procedures

Qualifications :

1–3 years experience in field construction roles

Ability to read drawings and understand commercial building systems
