Physician / Hematology / Indiana / Locum or Permanent / Hematology Oncologist Job

Work Dates Needed : Ongoing, 12-01-2025. Preferred Schedule : Monday to Friday 36 hours of patient care / ambulatory, Clinic coverage per week, 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 30 PM. Worksite Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient, Telehealth, Stroke Certified, Trauma Level 3, Surgery center privileges. Scope of Work : Patients Per Shift 15-18, Rounding assigned for patients, Beeper Avg Call, Call Response Time Required is 30 minutes, Phone Consults 5-6 per week, Call Ratio Q4 to Q5, Patients Seen 2-3, Call Back 10%, Call rotation every 4th or 5th week One full week at a time. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active State Indiana licenses, BC, BLS, Fellowship : Required. EMR : Cerner.
