Registered Nurse - Med / Surg Unit

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in the Med / Surg Unit!

We are seeking a competent and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our Med / Surg unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will practice independently, demonstrating a deep understanding of patient needs in various clinical situations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided meticulously.
• Evaluate learning needs and deliver education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying solutions and resources to enhance care.
• Manage clinical situations by making appropriate assignments and delegating tasks to other healthcare providers.

Work Schedule : 7PM - 7AM

Work Type : Full Time
