• 1+ year of current Dialysis experience - REQUIRED
• Traveler must be willing to float - REQUIRED
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) - REQUIRED
• NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Strongly preferred
• Geriatric patient experience - Preferred
• CNN or CDN Certification - Preferred
• Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred

State License(s) : Ohio

Call and Call Back : N / A Dress Code : Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub top. Personal scrubs bottoms of any color.
