About the Role : Our team provides complimentary onboarding and optimization services to advertising agencies and direct advertisers who utilize Bing , one of the world's largest search engine platforms, for their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping these advertisers maximize their online advertising success through Bing Ads .

For new advertisers, we provide platform introductions, education, and the confidence to effectively use the product. For existing advertisers, we focus on improving performance and driving increased investment. This role provides an excellent opportunity of growth : The team will be providing continuous coaching by experts, ensuring professional development.

Your Responsibilities

Proactively contact advertisers from provided leads to promote and sell our free service offerings

Analyze customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization and recommend feature enhancements based on client business objectives

Client retention and reactivation by developing customized marketing strategies

Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction

Manage inbound email and telephone inquiries , primarily from advertisers' requesting consultations

What We're Looking For

English language fluency (written and spoken, C1 / C2 level)

Working experience in a digital marketing or media agency (3 years plus), with proven track record in search engine marketing (SEM), PPC, campaigns management, paid media sales

Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles, with proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with client / agency decision makers

Proficiency in SEM tool / PPC, and other digital marketing formats like native and display, with a working knowledge of online advertising principles. Plus, a passion in technology developments such as GenAI

Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities

Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade, overcome objections, and deliver compelling pitches

Experience working with decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a plus

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven campaign optimization

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data and create reports to support campaign optimization

A detail-oriented, results-oriented, and customer service-focused mindset

Solution-oriented and proactive, with a focus on delivering measurable results

Working Hours and Location

On-site position , in our state-of-the-art premises in Piraeus, Greece

Operating hours : 4 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM, Monday to Friday (8hrs shifts)

Transportation provided for employees finishing after 10 : 00 PM
