• Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm; call 1 : 4 (weekday) and 1 : 8 (weekend)
• Join team of 13 physicians and 5 advanced practitioners; must be board certified or board eligible

• All experience levels are welcome; comfortable in a small town / rural environment
• 14 - 16 patients per day
