Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Description

• The purpose of this position is to support FP&A reporting platforms and associated technical processes.
• Responsible for all techno functional support aspects of current FP&A applications (with ERP / GL experience) while we migrate to a new SAAS vendor platform.
• Must be a strategic thinker and demonstrate leadership elements and considerable independent judgment and initiative in carrying out project objectives.
• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting by working closely with Corporate Finance FP&A Controllers and managing a team of data engineers to ensure data accuracy and leading to optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow.
• Should have the aptitude to learn newly introduced Financial ERP Cloud applications and ancillary Finance platforms.
• Must have Dimensional Reporting Knowledge, with the ability to develop complex SQL scripts and stored procedures with Hyperion, Essbase, Smart View, web forms and reports.
• Experience with financial statements, including income statements, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow is a must.
