The Home Energy Advisor (HEA) plays a pivotal role in the success of our single-family residential program by combining strong project management with community engagement and program coordination. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and participant support, ensuring that residential retrofit and remodel projects are completed efficiently, equitably, and in alignment with community needs.
The HEA serves as both the central liaison for program participants and the lead for managing residential retrofit and remodel projects. This dual role requires a proactive, community-oriented professional who can manage contractors, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.
