We are looking for a compassionate, caring provider to join our talented staff of health care professionals as we continue to grow to be the preferred regional Conveinient Care Clinic.

Convenient Care Clinic provider opening. 40 hours per week-10 hours a day. Providing urgent care, including but not limited to acute ill patients, physicals, minor procedures, for all ages of patients. The clinic is located in the Union County Hospital.

Compensation :

$116,000 - $137,000 (annual salary)

Incentives :

Eligible for evening / night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Bonus :

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
