Shift Details

• Valet Team Operating Hours
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• This On-Call Valet TeamMember position is designed to provide coverage when our regularly scheduled drivers are unavailable.
• With the hours being very inconsistent this role is perfect forseasoned customer-focusedindividuals who are physically fitand just looking to stay active while giving back to their community.
• Again this is flexible as-needed work and if hired you will be contacted to provide coverage when the regularly scheduled team is unavailable.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Due to the nature of this position this person must reside within 20-30 minutes of the facility
• Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoorenvironment for theentire shift
• Possess anactive in-statedrivers license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses).
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe heat cold weather rain sleet snow and other inclement weather
• Physical involvement will include walking standing pushing and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patients vehicle all while delivering outstanding customer service
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service

About You

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are awell-spoken professionaland able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service.

You are over the age of 18 possess a valid state drivers license with a clean driving record and havethe physical stamina to stand walk and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Our Hospitality and Valet Team plays a crucial role in shaping the first and last impressions of patients and guests during their hospital visits allowing them to make a significant impact every day. This team understands that people come first embodying exceptional customer service in their interactions with patients guests and hospital staff. They warmly welcome individuals and go above and beyond by providing assistance with various services such as loading and unloading vehicles helping those with mobility challenges and offering wheelchair and escort services when needed. • Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
• Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthenthe client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics
• Assist individuals with mobility challenges offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
• Meticulously maintain records including photos of the vehicle condition and other records as needed.
• Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
• Effectively build relationships with hospital staff patients guests and team
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe heat cold weather rain sleet snow and other inclement weather
• Physical involvement will include walking standing pushing and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patients vehicle all while delivering outstanding customer service

• Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (No Permits or Probationary License)
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• Work with professionalism integrity and compassion supporting your team and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
• Workwell independently and as part of a team
• Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and continuously learnnew software that may be applied todaily tasks
• Move with urgency and speedto prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment paying attention to surroundings and details
• Work in a standing position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
• Safely and physically able to lift upto50 lbs
• Bilingual not required but a plus
• Effectivelybuild relationships with yourteam and others in a professional manner
• Strong ability to perform at a high level of customer service in a physically demanding work environment
• Ability to walk stand push and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

Compensation

• Base pay of $15.00/hour plus tips
