About The Position

Job Title : Imaging Technologist

Profession : Imaging

Shift : Evening Shift

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : 3 years

License : ARRT-CT

Certifications : BLS, ARRT-CT

Must-Have :

Ability to perform routine and emergency CT exams.

Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.

Competency in IV and venipuncture.

Ability to work independently.

Good communication skills.

Description :

Facility provides a wide range of imaging services.

Experience is required in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Patient types include emergency and stroke patients.

Staffing ratio is 1 : 1 for patient care.

Required certifications include BLS and ARRT-CT.

Charting system used is EPIC with GE PACS.

The equipment includes a GE CT Scanner.

Weekend rotation is every other weekend.

Up to 7 days of time off can be approved.

No call shifts are required.

Holiday expectations include 1 summer and 1 winter holiday.

Uniform color is gray.

The facility has 1 technician with an imaging assistant on staff.
