Job descriptionCollaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce. Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities. Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs.
