DUTIES

The Web Developer is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and functionality of the Market of Choice website and related digital platforms. This position ensures that all web properties are user-friendly, secure, visually consistent with company standards, and integrated effectively with other digital systems including mobile applications, e-commerce solutions, and marketing platforms.

The role requires advanced proficiency with WordPress and a solid understanding of modern web technologies, user experience design, and platform integration. The Web Developer works collaboratively with marketing, IT, and external vendors to support business objectives and maintain a cohesive digital presence that reflects the Market of Choice brand.

As a Web Developer, some of your responsibilities will include :

Website Development and Maintenance

• Design, develop, and update website content and features using WordPress and associated web technologies.
• Implement and maintain custom themes, templates, and plugins as needed.
• Ensure website functionality across multiple browsers and devices.
• Manage hosting environment, perform regular updates, backups, and monitor uptime and performance.
