About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Accountant to join our finance team. You'll handle daily accounting tasks while gaining exposure to budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting. This role offers a mix of transactional and analytical work, with opportunities for growth as our company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable (A / P) and accounts receivable (A / R) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to verify financial transactions.
• Process commissions and agent invoices.
• Assist with payroll and benefits reporting (ADP).
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Contribute to budgeting and reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support as needed
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and special projects.
