Overview
The Investment Operations Analyst will contribute to the daily activities and responsibilities of the Investment Office team and learn all aspects of investment operations across multiple global asset classes. This role reports to the Investment Operations Manager.
Experience
- One to three years of relevant work experience in investment management, accounting, investment operations, financial analysis, or a related financial services role

Monitor and reconcile portfolio activity (rebalancing, capital calls & distributions, account set-up & termination) across numerous data platforms.Manage the collection of data required for monthly and quarterly investment performance reporting.Track and maintain investment and operations data and follow established processes for circulating this information internally.Learn, follow, and facilitate updating of all developed processes and established practices of the Investment Office; create and maintain policies and procedures as needed.Develop acumen in reviewing investment manager documents and aid in the populating of required documentation for investment activity (e.g. subscription documents, redemption documents).Track and manage performance and analytics requests from across Investment Office.Assist with the preparation of performance presentations and reports for the Investment Committee and other internal and external stakeholders.Contribute to the enhancement of performance reporting processes and methodologies.Assist with on-boarding new service providers and external vendors as needed.Cross train with team members.Facilitate the completion of Children's annual audit and tax filings, and periodic Investment Office internal audit.Maintain Investment Office internal document & data organizational systems.Serve as Investment Office resource and liaise with broader Children's organization, as needed.Equal Employment Opportunity
