Responsibilities :

Complete a minimum of 45 calls a day.

Complete data entry.

Answer e-mails and grow to assist via webchat.

Provide an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements :

One or more years of customer service support; call center experience a plus.

Customer service focused on guest experience and resolution.

Problem-solver who takes initiative.

Positive attitude transfers well when speaking on the phone.

Bilingual preferred but not required.

Must complete background check and drug screen

The base pay range for this position is $19.hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
