As an Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting top-producing agents with business development, financial analysis, and transaction execution. This 24-month program offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to commercial real estate deals, providing the foundation for a long-term career in the industry.

Upon completion, Analysts can pursue two clear career paths :

• Brokerage Track – Transition into brokerage, building your own book of business with the backing of industry-leading training and resources.
• Senior Analyst Track – Advance to a senior role, continuing to deliver high-level financial and transaction support while deepening your expertise.
